The teams will be divided into two groups of six by ACE. Group A & B. Each group will race a Qualifying Series of up to 9 races.

The top three teams from each group will progress to the Final Series of up to 4 fleet races. Scores from the Qualifying Series will not count in the Final Series. The top two teams from the Final Series will race one match race to determine the winner.

The Women’s America’s Cup regatta will be held parallel to the 37th America's Cupi n the waters off Barcelona, Spain the 3 – 17 of October 2024.
